The second season of Grey Bruce Chautauquas (we are now compounding the name into Chautauqua Rendezvous) will include Community Storytelling Events, School Concerts and Projects, and Concerts for Seniors. In each participating community the centre-piece will be a Community Storytelling Event, sponsored (we hope) by the local public library. At this time we are putting the finishing touches on that idea, and approaching the libraries. As each centre-piece event is confirmed, we will approach the schools and seniors homes in that community.

If your main interest is School Concerts and Projects, then you can go there directly. This page will give you some background, and describe the other events. We have set up a separate page to talk about the theory and practice of Community Storytelling. We describe our general approach to storytelling concert art in the Voyageur Experience.

The season will run, as last year, from March 21st to June 21st, with most of the events in April and May. We expect to have dates arranged early in January. They will be posted here as they evolve.
